The location was perfect. Easy to get to, close to where we needed to go and close to I-10. The breakfast offered was above my expectations, offering eggs and sausage! It was awesome! In all the times I’ve stayed in hotels, I don’t usually find the staff that friendly. I’m pleased to say that this was not the case here. Thank you so much to Heather and Kendrick for being so nice from the start, remembering us every time we came back to the hotel and promptly taking care of a couple of things we needed. The tv told us that the remote needed batteries and the maintenance man was prompt and also very friendly! Having had a career in the hotel industry, I tend to pay attention to details and I told the staff before leaving how nice the stay was and how much I enjoyed my stay.

I really liked the hotel. Large modern lobby, there is always water with lemon and coffee. A very pleasant manager quickly arranged our settlement. It's a great room. Comfortable, clean, warm, odorless. There is coffee, microwave, refrigerator. A comfortable bed, clean linen, a nice fluffy blanket. The bathroom is nice, there are jars of good shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. Good pressure and water temperature. A good breakfast: English muffin, turkey cutlets, delicious omelet with cheese, toast, waffles, yogurt, porridge in bags, good juices, coffee.

Yes. We found a huge cockroach in the room and reported it. The lady at the desk apologized and did make compensaton. We did appreciate that. She said the building was sprayed three months ago. I hope it will be thoroughly sprayed again Very Soon!! This huge roach came from behind the stand-alone closet.

This was our fourth time staying here. Our daughter attends college in Baton Rouge so this is our go to hotel when we visit. The breakfast is always good and staff is very friendly and helpful. And the sparkling lemon water is a bonus coming in or going out!
